Fear of Flying Therapy: Overcome Flight Anxiety with Proven Treatment.

Fear of Flying Group Therapy

Overcome Flight Anxiety with Support, Structure, and Proven Strategies

If fear of flying has been holding you back—from travel, opportunities, or simply peace of mind—you’re not alone. Many people know logically that flying is safe, yet their body reacts as if it isn’t. That’s not a failure of willpower—it’s how the brain’s fear system works. And the good news is: it can be retrained.

This 6-week live group program is designed to help you gradually and effectively overcome fear of flying using evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

A Different Approach to Fear of Flying

This isn’t about “just getting through” a flight or relying on temporary coping strategies.
It’s about helping your brain learn, through experience, that flying is not a threat.

Together, we focus on:

  • Understanding how your fear response works

  • Learning how to respond differently to anxious thoughts and sensations

  • Gradually reducing avoidance and building confidence

  • Creating lasting change—not just short-term relief

Why a Group Setting?

There is something powerful about working through fear alongside others who truly understand it.

In this group, you’ll:

  • Feel less alone in your experience

  • Learn from others facing similar challenges

  • Build motivation and accountability

  • Experience support in a structured, guided environment

The group is intentionally kept small to ensure a supportive and personalized experience.
