This 6-week live group program is designed to help you gradually and effectively overcome fear of flying using evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Andrea Born-Horowitz, LCSW specializes in treating anxiety, OCD, and phobias using evidence-based approaches like ERP.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Andrea has personally overcome a fear of flying using the same methods taught in this program. This combination of professional training and lived experience allows her to guide clients with both skill and deep understanding.
