Mind Journey Circle — Terms & Participation Agreement

By joining Mind Journey Circle, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. This group is not therapy.

This program provides education, coaching, community discussion, and general emotional support.
It is not psychotherapy, clinical treatment, or a substitute for mental health care.

Joining this group does not establish a therapist–client relationship with Andrea Born-Horowitz, LCSW or Mind Journey Therapy LCSW PLLC.

2. No diagnosis, treatment, or individualized clinical advice.

Content provided in this group—including workshops, discussions, worksheets, and coaching—is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.

3. Not monitored for emergencies.

This community, including any chat features or message boards, is not monitored 24/7.
If you are in crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself or others, or experiencing a mental health emergency:

4. Confidentiality expectations.

While participants are encouraged to maintain confidentiality, privacy cannot be guaranteed in a group or online setting. Please share only what you feel comfortable with.

5. Voluntary participation.

Participation is entirely voluntary and you may withdraw at any time.
No refunds are offered for partial months.

6. Technology limitations.

You understand that the use of Zoom, online platforms, and community spaces involves normal risks, including potential interruptions, unauthorized access, or data breaches.

7. You accept responsibility for your own decisions.

You agree to use the information and tools provided at your own discretion.
